POSTAL UPDATE

As I'm sure you are all aware, there are currently a lot of delays around shipping due to COVID-19. Our fulfilment warehouse are working at a reduced capacity to ensure the government guidelines around social distancing are met. This has slowed down production, which is currently standing at 15 working days. Royal Mail is also working behind schedule which is incurring further postal delays. With this being said, some of our orders are shipping out a lot sooner and we appreciate your patience during this time. This is not our usual practise and we hope to be back to our 3-5 working day turnaround as soon as it is safe to do so.
